Apoester

Yellow pigment derived from fatty acid esters, used to intensify the color of egg yolks, poultry skin, and fish meat. The golden hue of egg yolks and the vibrant color of meats are highly sought after for both direct consumption and the food industry. It can be combined with other pigments to obtain the desired color.

Astaxanthin

Pigment responsible for the pinkish-red coloration of fish, crustaceans, and birds. Used as a feed supplement in fish and crustacean diets in aquaculture systems, it promotes the characteristic pigmentation of these animals. In poultry farming, it helps intensify the color of egg yolks, adding quality and greater acceptance in the consumer market.

Canthaxanthin

Red pigment that intensifies the coloration of the skin and feathers of birds, as well as the yolks of eggs. The hue of the meat and the color of the yolks are highly valued attributes, both for the food industry and for direct consumption. It can be incorporated into feed alone or mixed with other pigments, such as Apoester, to achieve the desired shade.
